Fact-Checking Policy
Effective date: 2 October 2026.
Fact-checking at Bodybuilding Legends is a review step, not a marketing claim.
What we check
- Numbers, ranges and thresholds are matched to the study or guideline they come from.
- Statistical claims are described accurately (for example, “a trend” versus “a significant effect”).
- External links resolve to the intended source.
- No invented authors, credentials, awards, page counts or review processes appear anywhere on the site.
How uncertainty is handled
Where the evidence is mixed, we say so. Where a commonly repeated claim is only weakly supported, we soften it to match the evidence rather than repeat it as fact.
Limitations
We are an editorial project, not a laboratory, and we rely on published research. If you believe a claim is wrong, please see our corrections policy.
